Return and Cancellation Policy
At The Detailing Society, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or service, you have the right to return it or cancel the service within 14 days of delivery or service completion.
How to Return an Item:

Notify Us: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@thedetailingsociety.co.uk. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, securely package the item and send it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Service Cancellation:

Notify Us: Contact us within 14 days of the service completion by emailing info@thedetailingsociety.co.uk. Please include your order number and details of the service you wish to cancel.

Service Review: We will review your cancellation request and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, any applicable refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Exceptions:

Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Services that have been fully completed and approved by the customer are not eligible for cancellation unless there is a demonstrable fault or issue with the service provided.
